Rugby Dog Training Club is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy.  We will not pass on personal information we hold about you to the best of our ability.

This privacy notice sets out the basis on which any personal data that is collected from or about you, or that you provide.

Designated people in the club hold the information you provide on membership forms, or competition event documentation.

Information is used to communicate about training classes or events. Data is only kept as long as necessary and is kept securely.

The club is a non-profit making, voluntary organisation and complies with data protection law and collects data only for valid purposes that we have explained to you and not used in any other way that is incompatible with those purposes.  

We hold/process personal data about club members judges, stewards and competitors to our training or events.

If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect, incomplete or out of date then please let us known and we will make sure that your data is corrected.
